Yes you do! We at The App Guys only own the platform you are using. We will at no time make any claim to your intellectual property, or any app ideas you generate. Our service contract is aimed squarely at bringing down your development costs by sharing them across a platform of many users, rather than one development wearing the brunt of the cost.

We also do not sell user data or content to third parties nor do we profiteer off your data.

Unfortunately you can not export your app after using our platform to build it. The app development fee is a fraction of the cost due to this factor of being locked into the platform.

As per our terms and conditions, all that will happen is your app will be pulled from the app stores. We do not however, delete any data from our servers unless explicitly asked in writing, with an end date from the app owner.

You will be asked to pay a penalty of 10% of your leftover months for terminating a contract early, but we try to avoid this as much as possible, and are happy to look after you with a contract pause or other hardship solutions.

This 10% penalty applies whether you are contracted monthly or paid up front in full, however please be aware refunds may be staggered dependent on the size of the project.

If on the off chance we don't have a particular function you are after, we can negotiate a nominal fee to get our in house team to write the function for you. You will get exclusive use of this function, or if you are willing to share the cost, we will add it to the marketplace in our platform for others to find benefit in.

Part of the reason we charge for our services on a contractual basis, is to save you the headache of compliance with both Google and Apple. At The App Guys our team makes sure all the plugins you use in our marketplace are compliant and that all content follows the rules laid out by Apple and Google.

we have never had an app pulled for non compliance and we don't intend on you being the first either.
